Annual Meetings are held every year between April 1 and May 15 to:

adopt, in odd-numbered years, a Local Program for the ensuing two years.
elect Officers,Trustees, members of the Nominating Committee.
adopt an adequate budget.
transact such other business as may properly come before it.
