Volunteers Needed: "Fall Fight for Repro Rights" Block Party

About this event

Join us October 1, 6:30 pm-8:30 pm for a "Fall Fight for Repro Rights" block party in front of the Planned Parenthood Carol Whitehill Moses Center, 1225 4th Street NE Washington, DC. Planned Parenthood is organizing the event, which will feature information on sexual and reproductive rights in the DMV, voter registration stations, trivia, family-friendly activities, food trucks, drinks, fun swag, and more. LWVUS will table at the party to share our work and how people can get involved. LWVDC will help anchor and staff, especially to highlight some of our DC-specific work, including DC Statehood.

Setup is at 6:00pm.  Nile Blass, LWVUS DMV Community Organizer, will be staffing the table throughout the block party.
To volunteer, you must have completed the online voter registration training.  Please click HERE to access the online training and be sure to click the "verification" button at the bottom of the training page when you are finished.
