Anne Anderson of the League of Women Voters of the District of Columbia will lead an interactive presentation that traces the history of DC's political disenfranchisement, the decades of striving by the League and other grassroots citizen groups to advance DC's political status, and the path to Statehood for the District of Columbia ahead.
