The DC History Conference’s mission is to highlight outstanding recent scholarship and engagement with the history of Washington, DC and to share that knowledge with an interested community of scholars, neighbors, students, history enthusiasts, policy makers, activists, artists, and more.
While the DC History Conference is an all-day event, we encourage you to attend the coffee chats to engage with others and talk about DC Statehood. LWVDC will have a presence at the History Network session taking place on 5/1 from 1:30pm - 3:30pm, as well as a TBD session on 5/2. You can learn more about the schedule of programming here.
